These terms apply when you use this website or order from FYGO. By placing an order, you agree to them.

FYGO sells sneakers online across Bangladesh.

Orders
- An order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you, usually on a phone call, and send it out.
- Stock is limited. If a size sells out before we confirm your order, we tell you and cancel that pair.
- If a price or a product detail on the site is wrong, we tell you before we send the order, and you can cancel it.
- We may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one that looks abusive. We tell you if we do.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. You see the price of the pair and the delivery charge before you order.
- You pay cash on delivery: check the pair at your door, then pay the rider.
- For some phone numbers we ask for the delivery charge in advance by bKash. Our exchange and delivery policy explains when.
- One code per order. Codes have no cash value and can end at any time.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through courier partners.

Pay cash on delivery. Check the pair at your door first.
Delivery times are estimates. Once you accept the pair at your door, it is yours to look after.
Checking, exchanges and refunds
You can check every pair at your door before you pay. Exchanges follow our exchange and delivery policy. We don't give refunds: we exchange instead, as that policy explains.
About the products
- Each pair has a grade that describes how it is built. Typical wear is a guide based on normal use and care; it is not a promise. See How FYGO grades.
- Photos show the pair as closely as we can, but colours can look a little different on your screen.
Your details
You don't need an account to order. We use your name, phone number and address to deliver your order and to contact you about it. More in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no false orders, no attempts to break in or slow it down, and no copying of our photos or text without permission.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. You can also take a complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
